医学生医师职业精神认知现状调查研究——以大连医科大学的调查为例 被引量:21

摘要 医师职业精神教育对医学生教育而言具有举足轻重的作用,通过调查850名临床医学专业学生对医师职业精神中"医生职业价值"、"医生职业的忠诚度"、"医师精神培育方式"三个方面的认知情况,发现医学生的医师职业精神教育有待提高、医学生的职业忠诚度仍需不断提高、医学生比较认可学校的医师职业精神培育方式。最后,在培育医学职业精神视角下,提出坚定医学生人文核心价值观教育、巩固医学生职业理念、加强医学生人文素养教育三个路径,从而提高医学生医师职业精神教育质量。 Professionalism education is very important for medical students. 850 students of clinical medicine were investigated from three aspects: the general cognitions of medical professional value, professional loyalty and the cultivation mode of medical professionalism. According to the survey, the conclusions were made, including medical professionalism education for medical students needs to be improved as well as their professional loyalty, although the participants showed a positive evaluation of school's cultivation mode of medical professionalism. Meanwhile, there were three ways to improve students' medical professionalism education, which included strengthening education of humanistic core values, consolidating profes.sional idea and promoting humanistic quality education.
