中医药复兴之路:对传统中医药的返本与开新

Revival of Traditional Chinese Medicine:Traditional Chinese Medicine Back to the Origin and Create a New Situation

基于中医药复兴的视角,借鉴西方文艺复兴的思路,复兴首先需要回归,回归不是历史的重复,而是对历史文明的凝练和升华,是一种进化式回归,称之为返本;进化是在历史现实基础上的创新,是一种传承式创新,称之为开新。提出中医药现代发展返本的方法有回归中医药知识复杂性特征、整体性思维方法、个性化诊疗技术。开新的方法有宏微观医学的结合、预防与治疗康复相统一、科学方法与哲学智慧相融合。既要克服中医药的不足,又要挖掘中医药的科学性与合理性,让现代继承传统,使传统融入现代,创造出中医药事业新的辉煌。

This paper is based on the perspective of revival of Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM）. Referring to the experience of Western Renaissance, the first need of the revival is to return. Return is not a repetition of history, but rather a concise and sublimation of historical civilization. It is an evolutionary return, namely, back to the origin. Evolution is based on the historical reality of innovation, which is a heritage of innovation, namely, the creation of a new situation. This paper proposed some methods of TCM.modern development. For return, it should develop the complexity characteristics of TCM knowledge, holistie thinking, and personalized diagnosis and treatment. For creation of a new situation, it should combine the macro and micro medicine, unify prevention and treatment and rehabilitation, and integrate scientific method and philosophical wisdom. To overcome the deficiency and to excavate the scientific nature and rationality of TCM, we should promote the modern inherit the tradition and the tradition probe into the modern, so that we could create a new glory of the development of TCM.
