中国省际工业环境效率区域差异及动态演进

Rwgional Differences and Dynamic Evolution of China's Inter-provincial Industrial Environmental Efficiency

文章采用包含非合意产出的Super-SBM模型,在测算中国1997—2014年各省区市工业环境效率值的基础上探讨其区域变化趋势和空间特征,并借助收敛分析工具考察中国工业环境效率区域差异的变化性。分析结果表明:(1)全国效率水平时间上呈上升的动态变化趋势,空间上呈"东高西低"的非均衡特征;(2)分区域来看,东部地区工业环境效率高且相对稳定,中部近年来借助于国家经济政策扶持效率值逐渐上升,西部地区整体偏低且趋于分化;(3)省际间的差异性随时间推移先缩小后扩大,仅东部地区内部收敛趋势明显。

In this paper,we discuss regional spatial characteristis and trend of china＇s inter-provincial industrial environmen- tal efficiencies from 1997--2014 measured by super-SBM model. The results show that：（1）Overall efficieney level appears rising dynamically and shows unbalanced characteristics according to the space; （2）Industrial environmental cfficiencies keep high and stable in eastern China while the values are low and deelining obviously in the west;industrial environmental efficiencies increase gradually in the central of China with the aid of national economic poliey;（3）Regional Difference experiences a process that nar- rowed at first and then enlarged while convergence trend is obvious only in eastern area.
