摘要
以川藏电力联网工程为背景对电网工程项目质量管理风险进行研究,提出包括项目干系人维度、项目全生命周期维度、项目质量管理流程维度的三维度质量管理风险管控体系,构建基于贝叶斯网络的电网工程质量管理风险评价模型,结合专家调研意见,识别出质量保证体系不健全、各干系人企业间沟通不足等关键的质量管理风险因素,并分别从事前、事中、事后3个方面有针对性地提出应对措施。
This paper puts forward three-dimensional quality management risk control system including project stakeholders dimension, project life cycle dimension and project quality management process dimensionthroughresearchingon power grid project quality management risk , which is based on Sichuan-Tibet power interconnection project. Based on Bayesian network, the risk evaluation model of power grid engineering quality management is constructed. Based on the experts' research opinions, the key quality management risk factors such as the imperfect quality assurance system and the lack of communication among stakeholders are identified. And puts forward countermeasures for the key quality management risk factors in three aspects: before, during and afterwards.
