摘要
遵循任务技术匹配理论的基本框架,结合前期案例研究的发现以及相关文献的观点,构建内容提供商视角下人机交互、网络平台服务质量与新服务开发(NSD)绩效的理论模型,并提出相关研究命题。旨在系统地阐明内容提供商视角下人机交互的组成因素,揭示这些组成因素对内容提供商感知网络平台服务质量、内容提供商NSD绩效的作用路径,从机理层面打开"以开放式网络平台为依托的NSD模式"这一黑箱,丰富NSD领域在网络平台情境下的理论积累,推动相关概念及理论向网络平台情境繁衍与深化。
Based on the basic framework of task technology fit theory, the findings of our early case studies and the viewpoints of related literature, this paper constructs a theoretical model of human-computer interaction, service quality of network platform and new service development performance from the perspective of content provider, and also proposes some related propositions. This paper could systematically expound the component elements of human-computer interaction from the perspective of content provider, uncover the influence paths of these elements on perceiving network platform service quality and NSD performance of content provider, and then open the "black box" of NSD model based on open network platform from the mechanism level. This study could also enrich the theoretical accumulation of NSD, and promote related concepts and theories proliferating and elaborating in the network platform situation.
