摘要
对高校后勤服务部门编外员工的激励,有利于提升高校后勤服务部门的核心竞争力,提高高校后勤服务部门非正式员工的素质,凝聚高校后勤服务部门的民心民意。依据相关激励理论,结合高校后勤服务部门的实际以及非正式员工的群体特征,主要应同时采取合理的薪酬激励、恰当的目标激励和积极的情感激励三种方法。
The encouragement for the off- staff workers in the college logistics department does good to the improvement of the core competition, to the increasement of the workers' quality and to the growth of workers' cohesive force. According to the revant theory, the actuality of a department and the personalities of the workers, more attention should be paid to the salary, goal and feelings.
