Simulation of Lower Switching-Arm Bolt Connection State of Sliding-Plug Door of Metro Vehicle

摘要 地铁车辆客室塞拉门系统的下摆臂组件与门立柱C型槽之间通过T型螺栓连接,车辆运行过程中,C型槽安装T型螺栓的位置出现凸起塑性变形,使下摆臂松动脱落而导致车门故障。为了分析C型槽产生塑性变形的原因,利用Abaqus软件建立了下摆臂螺栓连接接触非线性有限元仿真分析模型,模型中考虑了材料的弹塑性及接触非线性等因素。仿真结果表明,T型螺栓头部尺寸选择偏小以及较大的拧紧螺栓的扭力矩,是导致C型槽产生塑性变形的主要原因。结合有限元仿真分析,对T型螺栓连接提出改进方案。 The lower switching-arm subassemblies of sliding-plug door system and the type C-slots of the door vertical flame for metro vehicle passenger compartment is connected by T-shaped bolts. In the running operation of the vehicle, the position for installation of T-shaped bolt with C-slots has bulging plastic deformation, making the lower switching-arm loose and causing the door faults. In order to analyze the reasons causing C-slots plastic deformation, by use of Abaqus software to set up simulation analysis model for nonlinear finite element of connecting and contacting of the lower switching-arm bolts, considering the factors of the elastoplastic and contact no-linearity in the model. The simulation results show that the smaller size of the T-shaped bolt head and the larger tightening torque of the bolt are the main causes of the plastic deformation of the C-slots. By using the finite element simulation analysis, the improved scheme ofT-shaped bolt connection is put forward.
