驳骨油纱联合舒筋活络洗剂治疗急性踝关节扭伤的临床疗效观察

Clinical Efficacy of Bogu Gauze Combined with Shujin Huoluo Lotion on Acute Ankle Sprain

【目的】观察驳骨油纱联合舒筋活络洗剂治疗急性踝关节扭伤的疗效。【方法】收集急性踝关节扭伤患者60例,按随机数字表法随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组给予驳骨油纱外敷、维持弹力绷带包扎制动及舒筋活络洗剂外洗治疗,对照组单纯给予维持弹力绷带包扎制动治疗。观察2组患者的肿胀消退时间、疼痛消失时间和治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)的变化情况,治疗3周后采用美国足踝骨科协会(AOFAS)踝与后足功能评分评价踝关节功能,并比较2组患者的临床疗效。【结果】(1)治疗组的肿胀消退时间和疼痛消失时间均显著少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。(2)治疗1周、2周后,2组的VAS疼痛评分均明显下降(P<0.05或P<0.01),且治疗组的VAS疼痛评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。(3)治疗3周后,治疗组的AOFAS踝与后足功能评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(4)治疗3周后,治疗组的临床总体疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。【结论】驳骨油纱联合舒筋活络洗剂治疗急性踝关节扭伤,具有促进肿胀消退、缓解疼痛及促进踝关节功能恢复的作用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Bogu Gauze combined with Shujin Huoluo Lotion on acute ankle sprain（AAS）. Methods Sixty AAS patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group by using random number table,30 cases in each group. The treatment group was immobilized with Bogu Gauze until the swelling subsided,and then was given fuming and washing with Shujin Huoluo Lotion until the pain was relieved. The control group was given immobilization with bandage until the swelling subsided, and then was treated with warm-water soaking until the pain was relieved. We recorded the time for swelling subsiding, time for pain relief,and visual analogue scale（VAS） pain scores before and after treatment. After treatment for 3 weeks, the ankle function was evaluated using American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society（AOFAS）ankle and hindfoot function scores,and the clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups.Results（1）The time for swelling subsiding and time for pain relief of the treatment group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were significant（P 0.01）.（2）After treatment for one and 2 week（s）,the VAS pain scores of both groups were decreased（P 0.05 or P 0.01 compared with those before treatment）,and the scores of treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group（P 0.05 or P 0.01）.（3）After treatment for 3 weeks,the AOFAS ankle and hindfoot function scores of the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group（P 0.05）.（4）After treatment for 3 weeks, the overall clinical efficiency of treatment group was superior to that of the control group, the difference being significant（P 0.05）. Conclusion Bogu gauze combined with Shujin Huoluo Lotion is effective for the treatment of AAS through promoting swelling subsiding, pain relief and recovery of function ankle.
