Objective:To investigate the nonalcoholic fatty liver ( nonalcoholic fatty liver disease, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease ( NAFLD) in plasma of patients with renin angiotensin angiotensin system ( RAS) ,and the correlation was analysed. Methods:88 patients with NAFLD were randomly collected in our hospital after the clinical related blood index and liver ultrasound and other clinical diagnosed as treatment group, and 90 healthy people were selected as control group for comparison, the treatment group were treated by Valsartan Tablets intervention treatment, were detected in the plasma of patients with the ALT, GGT, TG, TCHO, GLU, PRA, Ang I, Ang II, the data are compared, and analyze its relationship with NAFLD. Results:In the treatment group without intervention, in plasma of patients with RAS ( PRA, ang Ⅰ and AngⅡ) , ALT, GGT and TG, TCHO, Glu and control group had a significantly increased ( P 〈0.05);and RAS ( PRA, ang Ⅰand Ang Ⅱ) and NAFLD severity was positively correlated ( P = 0.000);treatment group after treatment and be-fore treatment compared the RAS, ALT, GGT and TG, TCHO, Glu differences were statistically significant ( P 〈0.05) . Conclusion:The change of plasma RAS can affect the development of NAFLD, and can improve the biochemical index of NAFLD patients, which is conducive to the improvement of the condition.
