介绍了无锡一汽铸造有限公司改造建设的体会:(1)采用先进可靠的工艺设备是优质高效铸件生产的根本保障,包括:采用中频电炉熔炼取代冲天炉+保温电炉熔炼;砂处理采用KüTTNER沸腾冷却床和Eirich混砂机;采用HWS造型线、HWS自动浇注机;采用分散制芯、集中组芯工艺;增加了缸盖气道喷丸装置;(2)节能环保、清洁生产、资源节约是铸造企业持续发展的唯一途径:利用铸件余热进行去应力退火;废除冲天炉熔炼;采用清洁能源天然气减少排放,建设旧砂再生系统。

The experience in reconstruction of Wuxi FAW Foundry Co.,Ltd. was introduced：（1）Using advanced and reliable equipments was the essential guarantee for high quality and high efficient castings production,including：using medium frequency furnace melting process to replace cupola＋heat preservation induction furnace melting process;using KuTTNER boiling bed cooler and Eirich sand mixer for sand treating;using HWS molding line, HWS Automatic pouring machine;using separately core making and centralized cores assembling;adding shot blasting device for cylinder head inlet and exhaust canals cleaning.（2）Energy-saving environment-protecting, clean production and resource-saving was the one and only way to continually develop the enterprise,including：using waste heat of castings for stress eliminating annealing;cancelling cupola melting;using clean energy natural gas to reduce emission;building returned sand regenerating system.
