摘要 分析了2013年我国各类铸铁铸件的产量、2008~2013年我国铸件的应用领域以及2004~2013年我国铸件、灰铸铁件、球墨铸铁件的产量变化,指出:如何转变产品结构,采用新材料、新工艺提高产品质量和附加值,是铸铁企业必须面对的问题。介绍了球墨铸铁的生产技术及应用进展,包括低温铁素体球铁、si强化铁素体球铁、高强度高塑性珠光体球铁、高Ni奥氏体球铁等;高CE、高强度、低应力灰铸铁的进展;蠕墨铸铁的生产技术及应用进展;特种铸铁的生产技术及应用进展,包括Cr系白口铸铁、高V耐磨白口铸铁、耐磨损铸铁基复合材料等。最后,指出了我国铸铁件生产存在的主要问题及相应的措施,并对加快我国铸铁业技术升级提出了建议。 An analysis was made on the change of various castings output of China in 2013,the castings application field change during 2008-2013 in China,as well as the output change of total castings,output of gray cast irons and output of nodular cast irons in China. It was pointed out,how to change products structure,use new materials,new technologies and processes to elevate products quality and additional value will be the problems must confronted by every cast irons enterprise. The recent development of nodular cast iron production technology and application was introduced including low temperature ferrite nodular cast iron, Si-strengthened ferrite nodular cast iron, high strength-high plasticity pearlite nodular cast iron, high Ni austenite nodular cast iron, development of high CE,high strength,low stress gray cast irons;development of vermicular cast iron production technology and application;development of special cast iron production technology and application including Cr-series white cast iron;high V wear-resistant white cast iron, composite material with wear-resistant cast iron as the base material. By the end,the main problems existing with the cast iron castings production in China and corresponding measures were pointed out, and the suggestions about how to quicken the technology upgrades of iron casting industry were proposed.
