摘要 智能语音人机交互技术作为目前最炙手可热的人工智能技术之一,正在被广泛的应用于各行各业。智能语音将改变用户的行为习惯,成为主要的人机交互方式。电信运营商正积极拥抱智能语音技术的发展,颠覆传统服务模式,拓展创新业务,增强企业实力,全力服务用户。阐述智能语音技术的现状及发展趋势,分析智能语音技术在电信运营商的应用实践,提出电信运营商在智能语音市场发展的策略建议。 As one of the most popular artificial intelligence technology,intelligent voice human-computer interaction is now being widely applied in many industries. In the future,intelligent voice will change user behavior and become the mainly used interaction mode. Telecom operators are now embracing the development of intelligent voice technology actively to subvert the traditional service mode,to expand innovative business,to enhance enterprise strength,and to serve the users better. It states current situation and development trend of intelligent voice technology,analyzes the application of intelligent voice technology in telecom operators,and proposes development strategies and advices for telecom operators in intelligent voice market.
