摘要
在集约高效、共建共享的思路下,中国铁塔公司建设了客户关系管理系统(CRM)。介绍了中国铁塔CRM系统的建设背景、建设思路及建设方案,分析了全国集中建设的业务支撑系统所具备的优势及建设困难,并提出了下一步系统的演进方向。
China Tower corporation has developed customer relationship management(CRM)to realize co-construction and sharing. It introduces the background,design and scheme of CRM system,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of centralized business support system,and proposed the evolution direction of the system.
