摘要
水库优化调度是复杂的多目标问题,以往的优化调度研究工作中多以发电量最大、发电保证率最大或者最小出力最大为单一目标,局限于发电优化,无法兼顾供水、防洪以及航运调度。研究通过对崔家营航电枢纽复杂运行模式的研究,以航运和发电为目标,建立了崔家营枢纽多目标调度模型,以2012年水文年作为典型年,运用动态规划算法对模型进行求解,产生了模型最优解,首次提出了优化调度准则,对枢纽的实际运行具有较大意义。
Reservoir scheduling is a complicated multi-objective optimization problem. Taking the maximum of power generation and reliability requirement or the minimum output of power plant as a single objective, the previ- ous studies were confined to power optimization, which can not satisfy the requirements of water supply, flood con- trol and shipping scheduling. According to the complex operation mode of Cuijiaying navigation-power junction, two models were established in 2012 typical dry season. The models were solved by using dynamic programming algo- rithm, and the optimal solutions of the models were produced. A complete scheduling criterion was proposed for the first time. It has a significant meaning for actual operation of Cuijiaying navigation-power junction.
