摘要 介绍了影响炸药殉爆距离的两个主要因素,通过对国内外学者关于炸药冲击起爆机理的研究,总结归纳出气泡敏化类乳化炸药冲击起爆的机理。在爆破专用实验室内,将2号岩石乳化炸药分别置于露天沟槽、PVC管、不锈钢管、Φ40mm低碳铁管和Φ50mm低碳铁管中进行殉爆试验,以此为该类乳化炸药分别提供不同的约束条件和不同的不耦合系数。试验得出了该类炸药在以上不同约束条件下的殉爆距离以及两种不耦合系数下的殉爆距离。使用BC-6型秒量爆速仪测得Φ40mm低碳铁管中,不同装药间隔距离下的被发药卷的爆速值,得到了被发药卷爆速随间隔距离的变化规律。 Two main factors influencing the gap distance of explosive were introduced. Through the researches on the shock initi- ation mechanism by domestic and foreign scholars, the shock initiation mechanism of emulsion explosive with sensitization bub- bles was summarized. In the blasting laboratory, No.2 rock emulsion explosive was respectively put in open groove, PVC pipe, stainless steel pipe, as well as low-carbon steel pipes with diameters of 40 mm and 50 mm, and then the gap tests were carried out for providing different constraint conditions and uncouple coefficients for this kind of emulsion explosive. The gap distances of this emulsion explosive under different constraint conditions and uncouple coefficients were obtained from the tests. In low- carbon steel pipes with diameters of 40 mm, the detonation velocities of acceptor cartridge in different interval charge distances were measured by BC-6 detonation velocity meter, and their changing rules with interval charge distances were obtained.
