含风电的区域电网功率振荡特性分析与综合控制 被引量:7

摘要 风电场的有功功率调节应兼顾频率和阻尼控制功能,使其具有完备的支持能力,增强系统的动态稳定性。本文通过分析风电频率控制中微分环节和比例环节对区域电网间功率振荡的影响,提出风电机组频率控制策略的改进方案。利用一阶惯性-微分环节,使风电场频率控制始终表现为正阻尼特性,避免风电的有功调节引起系统低频振荡。最后,通过理论和仿真分析,验证了系统发生扰动后在所提综合控制策略下,风电机组不仅具备频率调整能力,并可有效改善系统的阻尼特性。 Wind farm active power regulation should take into account the frequency control and damping inter-area power oscillation, thus it can have complete support ability and enhances the dynamic stability of power system. This paper, by analyzing the impact of proportion and differential links of wind power frequency control on inter-area power oscillation, puts forward the improvement scheme for frequency control of wind turbine. Through the use of a first-or- der differential control loop, the frequency control of wind farm low frequency oscillation caused by wind farm active regulation can always show a positive damping characteristic, so is avoided. Finally, by means of theoretical analysis and simulation, this paper proves that wind turbine in the proposed control strategy not only has the frequency regula tion ability, but also effectively improves the system damping characteristic after a disturbance occurs in the power system.
