外商直接投资中污染密集产业转移问题分析

Analysis of Transfer of Pollution-intensive Industries in Foreign Direct Investment

改革开放以来,外资大规模地进入,为中国产业结构的优化、国民经济的发展、居民生活水平的提高做出了巨大的贡献。但在引进外资过程中,国外很多污染密集产业不断的进入国内,其所带来的污染对中国的生态环境造成的负面影响十分深远。论文首先介绍了污染密集产业的概念界定,然后分析了污染密集产业转移的研究现状及现实原因,并通过对现实原因的剖析,最终为如何应对外商直接投资带来的污染密集产业转移问题给出了相关的政策建议。

Since the reform and opening-up, a lot of foreign investment participate in China＇s economic construction. A large number of foreign investment has certainly achieved the optimization of industrial structure, promoted economic development and improved the living standards of people. But we should also pay attention to the following aspect： as many foreign pollution- intensive industries continued to enter our country By the way of foreign investment, the negative repercussions of pollution on China＇s ecological environment is irreversible. This paper firstly introduces the concept of pollution-intensive industries, and then analyzes the research status and practical reasons of the transfer of pollution-intensive industries. And through the analysis of practical reasons, ultimately, the paper makes relevant policy recommendations to deal with pollutions in the pollution-intensive industries with the transfer of foreign direct investment.
