"Ying Hua" has always been considered as the combination of "Orioles" and "flowers", but as the "Cherry" also called "Ying Tao" , and in Song-Ci which has rich images, "Ying Hua" mostly should be taken as the "Sakura', a kind of flower. "Ying Hua" shows the close connection with spring and time, and it can also distinguish from "cherry". And "Ying Hua" was taken in the Ci poetry mostly by the poets of the Southern Song Dynasty, so "Ying Hua" contains deep meaning of metaphor. As the most beautiful symbol of spring, the fade of "Ying Hua" carries sorrowful feelings of spring gone, country broken and family lost. History brings deep feelings to poets, while poets write poetry reveal the mark of history.
