摘要
教育"走出去"是教育对外开放的重要构成。语言在教育"走出去"过程中起着载体和杠杆作用。英语国家在教育"走出去"过程中,利用英语势能形成了不同的实践模式,既推销了英语,又借力英语强化了教育"走出去"。二者的互动及诸种模式对中国制定国家语言战略有启发。国家语言战略要从宗旨、愿景、目标和路线图四个维度入手,既促进教育"走出去",也借力教育"走出去",形成两种战略的比翼齐飞。
Education "going global" plays an important part in educational opening to the world. Language is a carrier and lever in it. During this process, English-speaking countries not only promote English to the rest of world, but also strengthen education "going global" via English, which forms various practical modes. The interaction and modes between English and education "going global" enlighten China to make national language strategy, which includes purposes, visions, goals and roadmaps. This strategy can promote education "going global" and leverage it, finally making them flying with two wings.
