摘要
分析了农网台区低电压现象产生的技术原因。结合云南农村低电压台区存在的实际问题,分运维管理和工程治理两个方面进行了治理措施研究,提出了适应于不同情况的治理方案。
This paper analyzes the technical reason of low voltage problem in rural distribution unit-area. Combined with the practical problems in Yunnan rural distribution unit-area and based on the research on improving measures in the two aspects of operation management and project control measures, the paper proposes several improving schemes suitable for different situations.
