摘要
为全面提升电网运行管理水平,本文提出了"统一平台、应用功能集中、数据中心分布式部署"的省、地、县一体化电网运行管理系统技术架构和功能设计,通过跨系统、跨专业的数据整合与交互技术,建成了贯通横、纵向业务系统的省地县一体化基础资源平台,实现了横向到边、纵向到底的数据整合及业务应用。研发的系统已在云南电网投入运行,实际应用情况表明,该系统有效整合了资源,提高了调度运行工作效率,全面提升了电网运行管理水平,取得了巨大经济效益和社会效益。
To upgrade the management level, this paper proposed the structure and function design with the uniifed platform, the function of application, distributed data center, and built a system of horizontal and vertical business based on resource platform through. Research and development of the system has been put into operation in Yunnan power grid. Practical application showed the effective integration of resources and improved the efifciency of scheduling operation, and also enhanced the management level of power grid operation. The system achieved great economic beneift and social beneift.
