摘要
西双版纳电网内发电站均为径流式小水电和新能源电站,无调节能力,随着近年来地区内负荷的增长,枯水期地区小水电出力不足,地区负荷平衡能力差,且受220k V主网断面N-1稳定限制,仅能提供280 MW负荷供应,地区负荷缺口较大。为了缓解地区供电压力,考虑将本地区电网进行拆分后,转由临近地区电网供电,本文主要从负荷平衡、网架结构、电网风险几个方面综合分析,提出较为优化的转供方案。
