高压开关柜无线组网光纤测温系统研究

摘要 针对传统的红外成像技术难以有效、即使、准确地检测出由于电压制热导致的变电站设备缺陷问题,本文对比分析了基于可见光与红外热成像技术的优缺点,设计了基于动态实时红外热成像技术的变电站设备在线监测系统,通过数字动态双通道红外热像仪及360°*n云台固定安装方式,配合光纤传输,能将所有监控到的数据实时传输到变电站的监控室,真正实现了有效、实时、准确的设备故障监测与数据传输。 in view of the traditional infrared imaging technology is dififcult to effective, even and accurately detect the defects due to voltage heating substation equipment, this paper analysis based on visible light and infrared thermal imaging technology, the advantages and disadvantages of design based on the dynamic real-time infrared thermal imaging technology of substation equipment on-line monitoring system, dynamic dual channel through digital infrared thermal imager and 360 ° * n yuntai ifxed installation, cooperate with optical ifber transmission, can will all monitoring to the data real-time transmission to the substation control room, truly achieve the effective, real-time and accurate monitoring and data transmission equipment failure.
