摘要
为满足海上深井油基钻井液高温高密度条件下的作业需要,通过室内试验,采用有机胺和十二烷基三甲基氯化铵对腐植酸进行亲油改性,研制出了一种适用于高温高密度油基钻井液体系的降滤失剂FLS-2。通过测定钻井液的流变性、高温高压滤失量和破乳电压,对降滤失剂FLS-2的性能进行了评价。结果表明:当钻井液体系中FLS-2加量为3.0%时,可使油基钻井液体系抗温达到200℃,钻井液密度最高可配制到2.0 g/cm3,并且具有良好的抗钻屑和抗海水污染的能力。此外,通过与其他常用降滤失剂性能对比可知,FLS-2的综合性能优良,能够满足海上深井高温高压条件下的作业需要。
In order to meet the needs of high-temperature and high-density oil drilling fluid at sea, the humic acid is oleophylic modified by organic amine and dodecyltrimethylammonium chloride through laboratory test. The fluid loss additive FLS-2 for high temperature and high density oil-based drilling fluid system is developed and the performance is evaluated by means of measuring the rheological property, high temperature and high pressure fluid loss, and demulsification voltage of drilling fluid. The results show that when the amount of FLS-2 in the drilling fluid is 3.0%, the temperature of oil-base drilling fluid can reach 200℃ and the density of drilling fluid can be up to 2.0 g/cm3, and it also has good ability of resistance to cuttings and seawater pollution. In addition, compared with the performance of other commonly used fluid loss additives, it can he seen that FLS-2 has excellent comprehensive performance and can meet the needs of offshore deep well under high temperature and high pressure conditions.
