摘要
通过广泛调研国内外净水用活性炭产品标准,纵向对比了我国新老标准的指标体系和限值,横向对比了现行国内外最新标准的差异,深入剖析我国标准现状。分析认为,我国现行标准正逐步与国际接轨,对各项关键技术指标的限值要求均有所提高,均达到甚至超过国际标准,这对保障净水用活性炭的安全高效应用具有重要意义。但高标准的净水用活性炭产品也会造成应用企业和制水成本的增加。因此,应用企业应根据自身水源情况、水处理工艺特点、出厂水质要求、制水成本等因素进行选炭试验,合理选择净水用活性炭产品及技术指标要求。
Domestic and international standards for activated carbon used in water purification are investigated broadly. The indexes system and limit values of the new and old domestic standards are compared vertically. And, differences of current domestic and foreign standards are also compared horizontally. Besides, the level of domestic standards is deeply analyzed. Result shows domestic standards are gradually in line with international practice. Limit values of many key technical indexes in domestic standards have been improved, and have reached or exceeded international standards. It is of great significance to ensure the safe and efficient application of activated carbon for water purification. However, the standards level for activated carbon products will also result in the increase of water production costs for the related enterprises. Therefore, the enterprises should carry on the activated carbon selection experiments to reasonably select activated carbon products and the related technical requirements, according to the characteristics of source water, water treatment processes, the finished water quality requirements, water purification costs and other factors.
