水厂颗粒污泥吸附水中氨氮的试验

摘要 以制备的水厂颗粒污泥为吸附剂去除水中的氨氮,采用Box-Behnken模型进行分析,研究pH、反应温度和初始浓度对水厂颗粒污泥吸附水中氨氮效果的影响以及各个影响因子间的交互作用。建立吸附优化方程并得出优化试验条件:pH值为7.92,初始浓度为50.00 mg/L,反应温度为20℃,该条件下水厂颗粒污泥的氨氮吸附量为1.39 mg/g,与预测值基本一致,模型拟合度良好。 The prepared granular waterworks sludge was used to remove ammonia nitrogen in water as the absorbent. The interactions between pH and temperature as well as initial concentration were analyzed through the Box-Behnken model. The optimization equation of granular waterworks sludge for ammonia nitrogen adsorption was constructed. The optimum conditions of adsorption were pH = 7.92, initial concentration of 50.00 mg/L and temperature of 20 ~C, the adsorption capacity of ammonia nitrogen was up to 1.39 mg/g under the optimum conditions which consistent with the predicted value. The model is fitting accuracy.
