改性磁铁矿工艺对含磷废水的处理效果

摘要 采用碱改性、包覆聚丙烯酰胺改性和包覆油酸钠改性这三种改性磁铁矿的方法来处理含磷废水。研究了改性磁铁矿在投加量、初始磷浓度和初始pH不同的条件下对水溶液中磷的吸附情况,并进行了等温吸附实验。结果表明包覆聚丙烯酰胺后对磷的去除率最好,可达80%,Langmuir和Freundlich等温吸附方程均能很好的描述包覆改性聚丙烯酰胺的磁铁矿等温吸附特性,拟合出其最大吸附量可达58 mg/kg。对磷的去除率低浓度磷溶液要大于高浓度磷溶液;在pH值为3左右对溶液中磷的去除率最大。 Three modified magnetites were prepared to adsorb phosphorous wastewater, containing modified base, coated polyacrylamide modified and clad oil sodium modified, respectively. The adsorption of phosphorus in aqueous by modified magnetite under different conditions of adding dosage, initial concentration of phosphorus and initial pH value was studied. And the isothermal adsorption experiments were conducted. The results showed that the removal rate of phosphorus was the best after coated a polyacrylamide, up to 80%. And Langmuir and Frcundlich isotherm equation could well describe the adsorption isotherm characteristic of modified polyacrylamide coated magnetite and fit its maximum adsorption capacity of up to 58 mg/kg. Phosphorus removal rate of low concentration phosphorus solution was greater than a high concentration of phosphorus solution, and the removal rate of phosphorus was the highest at a pH value of about 3.
