投加生物填料实现AAO工艺改造的案例分析 被引量:5

摘要 此工程以现有传统AAO脱氮除磷工艺为改造对象,在不新增土地、不新建反应池、不改变主体结构,以及降低对生产运行影响的前提下,发挥现有构筑物的处理能力,在缺氧段和厌氧段引入移动床生物膜反应器(MBBR),延长缺氧段的水力停留时间(HRT),实现高效的生物脱氮除磷,同时使用超细格栅降低生物池浮渣量。最终出水总磷含量为0.32 mg/L,总氮含量为8.0 mg/L,悬浮物固体含量(SS)含量约7 mg/L,达到城市污水厂污水一级A排放标准(GB 18918—2002)。 The existing wastewater treatment plant for removing nitrogen and phosphorus by traditional AAO process in Xi'an Province was modified and upgraded. This modification was conducted without requisition of land, no new reaction tanks, and no changes of the main structures and pipe network. On the premise of keeping the wastewater treatment plant in normal operation condition, and taking advantage of the existing treatment equipment fully, the moving bed bio-membrane reactor (MBBR) technology was applied into the anoxic and anaerobic tanks. Hydraulic retention time (HRT) of the anoxic tank was extended to improve nitrogen and phosphorus removal efficiencies, meanwhile, super fine grille was applied to remove suspended solids (SS). The results show that final TP, TN and SS of the effluent are 0.32, 8.0, 7 mg/L respectively, which meet A level requirement of Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant ( GB 18918--2002).
