摘要 徐泾水厂过程水水质指标控制合理,膜工艺运行参数适合水源水质。周期性的物理清洗和维护性清洗使得膜上泥量及生物量极少,膜污染程度较轻,整体系统处于低跨膜压差状态下运行,膜出水水质优良。相比较而言,在一物理清洗周期内1#、4#膜池较2#、3#膜池截污少,跨膜压差低,说明处理水量较2#、3#膜池少。为便于膜的清洗,需采取必要的措施均衡四组膜池的处理水量,另外各组膜对有机物均有一定的去除。 Control indexes of process water quality in Xujing WTP were reasonable and the process operation parameters were suitable for raw water quality. With periodic physical and maintenance cleaning, the amounts of sludge and membrane biomass were very little and the degree of membrane pollution for the four components was slight. The system at a low transmembrane pressure (TMP) could obtain excellent effluent quality. Comparatively speaking, during a physical cleaning period, the dirt removal and TMP of 1 #,4# membrane components were less than 2#,3#, that means the amounts of water treated by the former were less than the latter. In order to facilitate cleaning, it was necessary to take measures to balance the treatment amounts of the four sets of membrane pool. In addition, all of these membranes could remove a certain organic matters.
