城市交通拥堵的成因及其对策研究——以沈阳市沈北新区为例

Study on the Causes and Countermeasures of Urban Traffic Congestion --Taking Shenbei New Area City of Shenyang as an Example

随着社会的发展，城镇化程度的加深，生活水平的提高，带来了汽车保有量上升的问题，但交通基础设施的不足及经营管理模式的落后致使现有道路设施难以满足汽车通行的需求。在这样一种供求失衡的状态下必然导致城市交通陷入拥堵的困局之中。本文就这一问题从交通供需方面展开研究，探索产生拥堵的原因，提出解决的方向，制订解决的策略，并结合沈阳市沈北新区对交通问题进行针对性分析，并提出了相对应的策略。

There is a rising car ownership due to the development of society, the deepening of urbanization, the improvement of living standards. But the current road facilities is difficult to meet the needs of automobile traffic because of the lack of transportation infrastructure and the laggard management. Such a supply and demand imbalance inevitably leads to the predicament of city traffic jams. With the example of Shenbei New Area City of Shenyang, this paper studies the traffic supply and demand, explores the causes of congestion, and then puts forward some countermeasures.
