摘要 行车难、停车难问题已成为制约城市商圈发展的主要瓶颈。大力发展公共交通,倡导绿色可持续交通,有限供给停车位已成为解决城市商图交通问题的共识。在有限供给车位策略下修建公共停车场是弥补历史欠账缓解停车供需矛盾的主要措施。本文基于现状城市商圈兴建公共停车场中存在的问题及误区,提出城市商圈在规划公共停车场之初应结合区位条件从交通现状分析入手分析修建公共停车场的可行性,基于类比分析法论证一定停车规模下交通生成量及对周边交通产生的影响评价,基于闸口理论提出停车场出入口布局方案。并以重庆观音桥商圈拟建大型公共停车场交通研究为例,验证理论体系的可行性。 The trouble in driving and parking has been the bottleneck of CBD development. It is the consensus to develop green and sustainable public transportation, and also restrict the supply of parking space. Thus building public parking facility becomes a main solution to balance the supply and demand in CBD. This paper analyzes the problems and misunderstandings of public park building. It is important to consider the location and traffic condition before a public park building planning. Based on the analogy analysis method, this paper analyzes the traffic generation under a certain parking scale and the assessment of transportation impact, and puts forward the planning of parking entrance layout in view of the gate theory. To verify the feasibility of this theoretical system, it is taken the drafted large public park in Guanyinqiao downtown in Chongqing as an example.
