Digital Scholarship and Citizen Science:the New Environment to Reborn Digital Libraries——Summary on the 13^(th) Advanced Digital Library Seminar

图书馆数字技术应用向纵深发展,正呈现三个新的发展方向:一是从数字化到数据化;二是云端化和大数据之后带来的智慧化;三是全方位的网络众包和大众参与。在上海刚闭幕的第十三届数字图书馆前沿问题研讨班(ADLS 2016)上,首次提出"数字学术和公众科学"的主题,连同数据化和智慧化,这三方面的趋势正带来数字图书馆的新变化和新生态。

The application of digital technologies in the library is developing further, presenting three new directions： from digitization to datalization; big data and cloud computing bringing intelligence and comprehensive crowdsourcing and citizen participation. At the 13＇h Advanced Digital Library Seminar, which was held in Shanghai Library, the theme Digital Scholarship and Citizen Sciences was first proposed in China. Along with the Datalization and Becoming Intelligent, these three trends are bringing the renais sance and new ecologies to the digital library.
