大环内酯类抗菌药物免疫调节的文献计量分析

Bibliometric analysis of the immunomodulatory effects of macrolides antibacterial agents

目的从文献计量学角度分析大环内酯类抗菌药物免疫调节相关作用机制及临床应用情况。方法检索Pub Med、Em Base、SCI、CNKI、万方数据库中大环内酯类抗菌药物免疫调节的相关文献,截至2016年5月。用Endnote X7对文献的发表年份、文献类型、实验研究类型及研究内容等进行分析。结果共纳入423篇文献,其中外文文献289篇,中文文献134篇;外文研究性论著175篇,中文55篇,包括体外实验86篇(外文74篇,中文12篇)、动物体内实验62篇(外文47篇,中文15篇)、临床试验82篇(外文54篇,中文28篇)。研究性论著主要为针对大环内酯类抗菌药物免疫调节作用机制及其在临床慢性炎症性疾病应用的相关研究,其中外文分别为101篇和74篇,中文分别为32篇和23篇。结论大环内酯类抗菌药物可多途径调节机体免疫且其免疫调节作用在改善一些慢性炎症性疾病症状具有重要的意义。

Objective To investigate the possible mechanism of immunomodulatory effects and clinical application of macrolides antibacterial agents to provide evidence for rational clinical drugs treatment.Methods All publications about immunomodulatory effects of macrolides antibacterial agents were collected from Pub Med,Em Base,SCI,CNKI and Wangfang databases. Publication year,publication types,experimental types and literature content were analysed and summarized.Results A total of 423 publications,including 289 international and134 domestic were searched from databases. A total of 175 international and 55 domestic research articles which included 86 literatures focusing on experiment in vitro（ international： 74,domestic： 12） and 62 literatures on experiment in animals（ international： 47,domestic： 15）,while82 literatures on clinical trial and research（ international： 54,domestic：28） were collected. The majorities of those literatures are about the mechanism of immunomodulatory effects and its related research of clinical application in chronic inflammatory disease（ international： 101 and74; domestic： 32 and 23）. Conclusion Macrolides antibacterial agents could regulate the immune system of body by different pathways. And the immunomodulatory effects of macrolides antibacterial agents play an important role in the therapy of chronic inflammatory disease.
