摘要
卡马西平(CBZ)是临床常用的芳香族抗癫痫药。遗传药理学相关性研究显示,携带人类白细胞抗原(HLA)基因,如HLA-B*15:02、HLA-A*31:01、HLA-B*15:11等的人群发生卡马西平诱导的严重药物性皮肤不良反应的风险显著增加。HLA基因在疾病发病机制方面也发挥重要作用,深入认识HLA基因介导的卡马西平诱导的严重药物性皮肤不良反应的潜在机制,对卡马西平的临床应用很有必要。
Objective Carbamazepine( CBZ) is one of most commonly aromatic antiepileptic drugs. Pharmacogenetics correlation studies revealed that the carriers of human leukocyte antigen( HLA) genotypes,such as HLA- B* 15: 02,HLA- A* 31: 01 and HLA- B* 15: 11,were at high risk of developing CBZ- induced severe cutaneous adverse drug reactions( SCARs). The HLA genotypes also play an important role in disease pathogenesis. It is necessary for their clinical application to understanding the potential mechanism of CBZ- SCARs.
