Objective:To observe the effect of Dexmedetomidine on the inflammatory factors of laparoscopic gynecologic perioperative patients, and to explore its clinical applicability.Method:90 cases of gynecological patients with gynecological laparoscopic operation from November 2014 to September 2015 in our hospital were selected as the research object, according to the different treatment options, they were divided into study group and control group. The control group was treated with saline injection anesthesia, patients in the study group were given injection of Dexmedetomidine anesthesia.Plasma inflammatory cytokine concentrations of the two groups of patients at each time point were compared, and the adverse reactions after the surgery were compared between the two groups.Result:The differences in the IL-6 and TNF-α concentrations of the two groups at T1 were not statistically significant(P〉0.05).The IL-6 and TNF-α concentrations of the study group at T2,T3,T4 time point were significantly lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05).The incidence rates of chills, nausea and vomiting,T4 tachycardia,T4 restlessness in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Dexmedetomidine has significant effect on the inflammatory factors of laparoscopic gynecologic perioperative patients, the postoperative adverse reactions are less,it is suitable for long-term clinical application.
