摘要 目的:研究并探讨C-反应蛋白与血常规测定在感染性疾病中的临床意义。方法:选取笔者所在医院2016年1-8月收治的200例感染性疾病患者设置为感染组,并选取同时间段内在笔者所在医院接受健康体检的200例健康体检者作为对照组。两组受检者均接受C-反应蛋白检测、血常规检测,比较两组受检者的C-反应蛋白水平、血常规指标;将感染组患者按照其感染程度分为局部感染组、全身感染组,比较其C-反应蛋白、血常规指标;计算C-反应蛋白、白细胞计数、中性粒细胞浓度与感染性疾病的相关性。结果:感染组患者的C-反应蛋白水平、白细胞计数、中性粒细胞浓度较对照组体检者明显更高(P<0.05);全身感染组患者的C-反应蛋白水平、白细胞计数较局部感染组患者明显更高(P<0.05);C-反应蛋白、白细胞计数与感染性疾病之间密切相关,且呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:在感染性疾病的临床诊断中,C-反应蛋白、血常规指标均可在一定程度上反映机体内炎症感染及感染程度,有利于为感染性疾病的临床诊断提供判断依据。 Objective:To study and explore the clinical significance of C-reactive protein and blood routine test.Method:200 cases of infectious disease patients admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to August 2016 were selected as infection group,and 200 healthy persons were selected as control group at the same time.Two groups of subjects underwent detection of C-reactive protein and blood routine test.The level of C-reactive protein and blood indexes were compared between the two groups of subjects.The infection group according to the degree of infection was divided into local infection group and systemic infection group,the C-reactive protein and blood routine index were compared between the two groups.The correlation of C-reactive protein,white cell count,neutrophil concentration and infectious diseases was calculated.Result:The level of C-reactive protein and white blood cell count,neutrophil concentration of the infection group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05).The level of C-reactive protein and white blood cell count in patients of the systemic infection group were higher than those of the local infection group,the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05).C-reaction protein and white blood cell count were closely related to infectious diseases,they had positive correlation(P〈0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical diagnosis of infectious diseases,C-reactive protein,blood routine index can also reflect the degree of inflammation and infection in the body,it is good for providing a criterion for the clinical diagnosis of infectious diseases.
