高职院校图书档案工作的现状、问题及对策

The Current Situation,Problems and Countermeasures of Library Files Work in Higher Vocational Colleges

文章针对目前高职院校图书馆档案室存在的人员不足、图书档案工作重视不足、图书档案信息化工作滞后以及图书馆档案室建设亟需加强等问题,提出通过大力培养和引进图书档案专业人才、加强图书档案信息化建设、创新工作思路等途径将图书档案工作推上一个新台阶。

In view of library staff shortage in higher vocational college libraries,insufficient attention to library files work,informatization lagging and so on,the writer put forward training and introducing professional talents in library files work,strengthening informatization and innovating working idea to promote library files work onto a new stage.
