基于微信平台的图书馆信息服务研究

移动互联网的发展,多元化、个性化和智能化的用户需求,以及微博、微信等新媒体技术在信息服务中的广泛应用,为图书馆信息服务带来了新的挑战和机遇。本文研究了移动互联网时代图书馆利用微信公众平台账号开展信息服务的现状及存在的问题,进而提出了利用微信平台改善和拓宽图书馆信息服务的对策。

With the development of the mobile Internet, the diversification, personalization and intelligence userg demands, and the wide application of new media technologies, such as Microblog and WeChat, bring new challenges and opportunities to the library information services. This paper stud- ies the current situation and existing problems of library information services by using WeChat public platform in the mobile Internet era, and then puts forward the of improving and expanding the library information services by using the WeChat platform.
