面向社区服务的家庭图书馆建设与发展

The Construction and Development of Family Library Oriented to Community Service

家庭图书馆具有一定的现实价值和简捷的兴办模式,但也存在规模和服务能力较小的问题,需要在选准家庭、规范管理、提升服务质量、丰富服务方式上加以完善。笔者认为,家庭图书馆的健康发展,应强化合作共识,保障家庭权益、坚持依法合作,支持多元投入、突出服务特色、加大激励力度,可推进家庭图书馆向社区图书馆或民间图书馆转型,以增强公共图书馆服务社会供给能力。

Family library has a certain practical value and simple rurming model, but the scale and service ability are week, needs to be improved from aspects of selecting the right family, standardizing management, improving service quality and enriching service mode. In order to improve the supply ability of .social service of public library, it should strengthen cooperation awareness, protect family interests, insist on cooperation in accordance with the law, support multi-inputs, stress service characteristics, strengthen the excitation intensity, and promote the transformation from family library to community library or nongovernmental library.
