公共图书馆开展文化志愿服务可行性及实践探究——基于信息弱势群体的视角

The Practice Research on the Feasibility of Cultural Volunteer Service of Public Library——Based on the Perspective of Information Vulnerable Group

开展文化志愿服务,是创新社会治理的有效途径,是增强现代公共文化服务的发展动力。而老年人等弱势群体作为公共文化服务的重点对象,对他们实施信息援助,开展文化志愿服务具有很强的现实意义。本文在厘清"信息弱势群体"及"文化志愿服务"内涵的基础上,对公共图书馆开展文化志愿服务的可行性进行了分析,并探索了提高文化志愿服务水平的措施。

Carrying out cultural voluntary service is an effective way to innovate the social governance, and it is the driving force for the development of modern public cultural service. As the important objects of public social service, implementing information assistance and carrying out cultural volun- tary service for the elderly and other vulnerable groups, have a strong practical significance. On the basis of clarifying the connotation of information vulnerable groups and cultural volunteer service, this paper analyzes the feasibility of carrying out cultural voluntary service of public library, and ex- plores the measures of improving the level of cultural volunteer service.
