摘要 随着越来越多的课程以SPOC形式在国内多所高校进行试点,深度学习成为了教育教学追求的目标。鉴于教师负担过重的现状,通过助学群组来促进学员的深度学习不失为一种良策。本文聚焦SPOC助学群组促进深度学习的策略和实施方法,提出了以为学员提供认知支持、情感支持、学术支持和技术支持为目标的12条助学策略,并对这些策略的实施方法进行了研究。通过在SPOC平台上为期4个月的助学活动设计和应用研究,得到以下结论:(1)助学过程需要多种助学支持作用的结合,才能达到助学效果的最优化;(2)助学者的助学支持对提高学员的学习参与度具有积极的促进作用;(3)依据这12条策略推进SPOC课程活动的开展,能够促进共同体对知识的深度理解,提高问题解决等高阶思维能力。 With more and more courses carried out in the form of SPOC in many colleges and universities, deep learning becomes the goal of learning and teaching. Considering the heavy workload of teachers, it is a good method to promote students' deep learning through facilitator groups.This paper focuses on the strategies and methods used to promote deep learning by SPOC facilitator groups. 12 strategies for facilitating learning are put forward with the purpose of providing students with cognitive support, emotional support, academic support and technical support, and then how to implement those strategies are explored. After four-month study in the SPOC platform, the main conclusions are as follows: (1) To optimize the learning effects depends on the combination of various learning supports in the process of facilitating learning. (2)The facilitator's support plays a positive role in promoting students' participation. (3) 12 strategies can be used to help the community form deep understanding of knowledge and develop their higher-order thinking skills such as problem-solving ability.
