拉贝洛尔与硫酸镁联合治疗中重度妊娠高血压综合征疗效观察

Labetalol and Magnesium Sulfate Combined Therapy in the Treatment of Severe Pregnancy Induced Hypertension Syndrome

目的:探讨拉贝洛尔与硫酸镁联合治疗中重度妊娠高血压综合征临床疗效。方法:采用随机平行对照法将我院收治的81例中重度妊娠高血压综合征的患者进行分组,对照组40例患者采用硫酸镁治疗,观察组41例患者采用拉贝洛尔联合硫酸镁治疗。比较两组患者治疗后临床疗效、并发症情况和治疗前后平均动脉血压(MAP)及24h尿蛋白。结果:观察组治疗后临床总有效率(95.12%)明显高于对照组(80.00%),P<0.05;两组患者治疗后MAP和24h尿蛋白均有所下降,但观察组明显低于对照组,P<0.05;观察组治疗后总并发症发生率(4.88%)明显低于对照组(20.00%),P<0.05。结论:拉贝洛尔能够改善中重度妊娠期高血压综合征患者的预后,降低血压、24h尿蛋白及并发症发生率,提高临床总有效率,值得临床推广使用。

Objective：To investigate the effects of labetalol and Magnesium Sulfate combined therapy in the treatment of severe pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome.Methods：A randomized controlled method in our hospital 81 cases of severe pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome patients were divided into two groups,the control group of 40 patients using Magnesium Sulfate treatment,the observation group of 41 patients with the treatment of labetalol combined with Magnesium Sulfate.The clinical efficacy,complications,mean arterial blood pressure（MAP）and 24 hprotein in the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results：the observation group after treatment,the clinical total efficiency of 95.12% was significantly higher than the control group 80.00%,P〈0.05;two groups of patients after treatment of MAP and 24 hprotein in the urine after treatment were decreased,but the observation group MAP,24 hproteinuria was significantly lower than the control group,P〈0.05;observe the total complication rate of4.88% groups after treatment was significantly lower than the control group 20.00%,P〈0.05.Conclusion：labetalol can improve the prognosis in severe pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome patients,reduce the incidence of 24 h blood pressure,proteinuria and complications,improve the clinical total efficiency,is worthy of clinical use.
