摘要
通过准静态单向拉伸试验和霍普金森拉杆试验,对QCr0.8铜合金的动态力学性能进行了研究,得到了材料高速率下变形行为的Johnson-Cook材料模型,为开展QCr0.8铜合金产品电磁成形工艺研究打下基础。
The dynamic mechanical properties of QCr0.8 copper alloy were studied by means of the quasi static unidirectional tension test and the Hopkinson pull-rod test. The Johrlson-Cook material model of the deformation behavior of the material at high speed was obtained, which laid a foundation for the research of electromagnetic forming technology of QCr0.8 copper alloy.
