摘要
本研究首先构建了学生群体对研学旅行的认知、满意度与行为意向三者关系的概念模型,在此条件下以合肥市三所中学高一年级学生的问卷调查数据作为基础,通过结构方程模型验证性因子分析,揭示了研学旅行认知、满意度与行为意向三者的相互关系。研究表明:(1)环境认知、效果认知及障碍认知三个外生潜变量对满意度的影响程度均比对行为意向的影响程度大;(2)家长以及学校对研学旅行的支持是影响研学旅行满意度及行为意向的主要因素;(3)障碍认知对研学旅行的满意度及行为意向均存在负向影响,其中旅途劳累是对满意度及行为意向影响程度最大的障碍因素,而学生群体却对研学旅行花费多有较高的认知;(4)研学旅行满意度对行为意向存在明显的正向影响关系,提升学生群体研学旅行满意度是提升学生群体参与研学旅行意愿的有效途径。
Travel study is an important way to implement quality education,and the research of relationship between cognition,satisfaction and behavioral intention of students groups towards Travel Study is highly significant for the effective development of Travel Study.A conceptual model of the relationship between cognition,satisfaction and behavioral intention is constructed firstly.Based on the questionnaire survey data of Grade one in three schools in Hefei,the correlation between cognition,satisfaction and behavioral intention of students groups towards Travel Study is analyzed through confirmatory factor analysis with structural equation modeling.It is concluded that:(1)three exogenous latent variables as environmental cognition,effects cognition and deficit cognition affect satisfaction deeper than behavioral intention;(2)the support of Travel Study from parents and schools is the biggest factor influencing the satisfaction and behavioral intention;(3)deficit cognition for the Travel Study has significant negative impact on satisfaction and behavioral intention,and students groups have stronger cognition that Travel Study costs a lot of money,meanwhile,trip exhaustion has the greatest influence on satisfaction and behavioral intention among three barrier factors;(4)the satisfaction for Travel Study has significant positive influence on behavioral intention,and enhancing the satisfaction of students groups towards Travel Study is an effective way to promote students to participate in the Travel Study.
