摘要
以艺术(绘画)体验对大学生心理健康产生积极作用为切入点,通过大学生介入绘画鉴赏和创作过程中获得审美体验,进而改善其心理机制(如大学生自我意识、情绪管理、人际交往等),从新的视角提出如何提升大学生心理健康水平。
Taking the experience of Art（painting）as the breakthrough point for the positive role of the college students＇mental health.Through college students involved in the process of painting appreciation and creation of aesthetic experience.And then improve their psychological mechanism（such as college students＇self consciousness,emotional management,interpersonal communication,etc.）.How to improve the level of college students＇mental health from a new perspective was presented in this paper.
