According to face to face investigation of employees of district medical and health unit in Dalian City,comprehensive understanding of software, hardware and requirements of each unit is done, and the docking work by means of information technology with target is realized. The work of advanced medical resources sinking into primary level medical and health units can ease the difficult problems of having medical treatment. The relevant departments should actively offer guidance and encouragement on policy and mechanism to promote the depth and lasting advantage of the sinking of advanced medical resources.
