加工大车端梁工装改进的设计

摘要 本文针对端梁专用机床数控龙门铣床日常加工的典型零件大车端梁的工艺分析,通过研究图纸相关技术要求,结合机床及现有工装的特性,设计改进了一套可以实现对端梁一次装卡、加工工件六个面的工装治具。 By analyzing the the process of end girder which was daily processing typical parts in end girder special machine tool- CNC planer gantry type milling machine,based on the research of relational technical requirement of drawing and the identity of machine tool and the resent tooling,a set of overalls tools were designed to achieve once fitting card crafts and processing six faces for end girder.
