浅议数据流在有色冶金企业智能优化管理中的应用

摘要 对有色冶金制造企业产生的各类数据流特点、类型和处理方法做了简要分析。按照生产和经营管理的关联性建立了有关专业数据流之间的关系。通过相关专业数据流的关系说明企业有效地利用相关专业数据流进行优化,对企业在原燃料采购、原料库存、资金占用和生产操作等方面的重要意义,给出了采用相关数据流进行优化的具体方案,使有色冶金企业的生产和经营决策活动能够更加科学、合理和有效平稳地进行。 The paper briefly analyzed the characteristics,types and processing methods of the data flows coming from the nonferrous metallurgy enterprise.The relevant professional data flows have been established based on the relevance between production and management.According to analyzing the relationship between related data flows,the significance of data flow optimization to the enterprise has been illustrated on effectively using related data flows to optimize raw material and fuel purchasing,stock of materials,capital occupation,production operation,and so on.Application schemes have been given for using relevant data flows to optimize the management of enterprise and to make the production and marketing decision-making activities of nonferrous metallurgy enterprise to be more scientific,reasonable and effective.
