摘要
为推动铁路物流发展、提高铁路企业物流服务水平,在阐述铁路物流发展现状的基础上,针对发展铁路物流面临的铁路信息系统集成化程度有待提高、铁路物流配套设施建设不足、铁路运输时效性有待加强、铁路物流人才紧缺等问题,提出研发"大数据"物流管理信息系统、创新铁路运输产品、拓展全程物流服务、完善现代化物流基础设施、强化铁路运输时效性管理、加强铁路物流人才建设等发展铁路物流的对策。
In order to promote railway logistics development and improve logistics service level of railway enterprise, based on expounding development status of railway logistics development, targeting with the problems existing in developing railway logistics, including the low integration level of railway information system, insufficient supporting facilities building of railway logistics, the punctuality of railway transport, as well as the shortage of railway logistics talents, this paper puts forward countermeasures of developing railway logistics, such as developing ＂big data＂ logistics management information system, innovating railway transportation products, expanding wholeprocess logistics service, improving infrastructure of modern logistics, increasing punctuality management of railway transportation and strengthening railway logistics talents construction.
