Design on Logistics Functions of Zhongding Logistics Park based on Market Demand

为适应社会物流需求结构调整,实现企业转型升级,太原铁路局提出构建以中鼎物流园为核心的现代物流体系。在阐述山西省区域物流业发展现状和太原铁路局"1+3+13+300+N"物流体系的基础上,分析中鼎物流园的市场需求,提出包含7大功能港区的中鼎物流园功能设计,即铁路港、多式联运港、城市配送港、公路港、综合集散港、国际保税港和信息服务港;并提出适合铁路物流和社会综合物流园市场化、商业化运作的盈利模式。

In order to adapt to the structural adjustment of social logistics demand and realize the transformation and upgrading of enterprises, Taiyuan Railway Administration proposes to construct a modern logistics system with Zhongding Logistics Park as the core. Based on expounding the development status of regional logistics in Shanxi Province and the ＂1＋3＋13＋300＋N＂ logistics system of Taiyuan Railway Administration, this paper analyzes the market demand of Zhongding Logistics Park, puts forward the functional design of the park, which includes 7 functional ports, namely railway port, inter-model transport port, urban distribution port, highway port, comprehensive collecting and distributing port, international bonded port and information service port, and points out a profit model which adapts to the market-oriented and commercialized operation of railway logistics and social integrated logistics park.
